This is a good size for a photoshoot meet. If there was like 20+ cars, we wouldn't be able to fit in some of the good photo spots. There's still room for a few more if anyone is interested.

If you wanna eat, be sure to bring something that is left on the food list!

I'm working on the photo locations tomorrow & will post up for everyone to print out if they want.

Anyone know a place I could crash? Worst came to worst I could just sleep in the car on the side of the road lol.

Teal I think I'm gonna make the trek down from Canada and represent, even though my car isn't in mint condition right now. Still need bondo and paint done on the rear quarters :thumbdown:

Here is a map I made from last year's photoshoot meet.

After we get into downtown, we'll do 1, 3, and 2 first, then head over to 4, 5, and 6.

Here's more details of each spot:
1. Directly across the street from where we meet, under the S. High St/N. Main St. Bridge.

2. Water St. is a 2-way street 1 block long.
It's usually pretty empty for being only 1 block from downtown.
It has a bunch of old run down looking buildings, but you won't get robbed in this area.
Depending on the # of cars, we might skip #2.
There's not a whole lot of room since there's no parking lot.

3. W Falor St.
There's a big parking lot at the end of the street on the right.
There's also a pretty cool warehouse/tunnel and an industrial loading dock area.

4. University Parking Deck by Rt. 8 is a few years old.
It has white lighting. There's a few good spots in here for pics:

5. Another parking deck, on E. Bucthel Ave.
This one is also a few years old with white lighting.
If we take longer at the other spots, then we'll skip this one since it's sort of similar to #4.

6. E. Exchange St. Parking deck.
this is the old school deck, kind of next to National City (but not too close)
and across from Mc Donalds (not directly) It has yellow lighting inside.

I don't know about a place to stay, I live about an hour past Akron out in the country, just getting moved in still. At my parents house now to use the internet lol.

Dirk, you're crazy for driving from Florida. It was good to shoot the shit though.

Thankfully it only took 5 hours to get home, after two cans of Full Throttle and some delicious Baconator action courtesy of Wendy's.

Can't wait to see the rest of the pics, next year it'll have to be bigger and better than it was this year :woot:

It was a good turn out. Enthusiasts from different clubs/sites who may have never met each other all got together and ate & talked cars & bs. Couldn't have been a better meet except that time went by so fast.
