#109654 Hey everyone, I am new to the forums here. I was wondering the details on patching up the holes left by the auto shifter. I would like to know what kind of trouble I am getting my self into. Some people told me it was a big pain in the back end.

What are your tips and methods of solving this small problem?.

My car is a Black 95 DX Coupe with a JDM B18 ITR on the way. Hasport is getting some money from me today aswell. lol...much love to Hasport

#109662 you could cut a piece of sheet metal to fill the hole and weld it in. Or you could probably get away with just using a sealant and putting that on. It's not a structural area, you just want to keep the water out.

check the pics at the bottom of this link for a pic of what I did to my 96 hx when I converted it to manual:

#109667 Awesome! Thank you.

This will be my 3rd honda swap, but the only one where I am swapping out the drivetrain. It is also the first one that I have done in a few years, lol. This time it is my car and not someone elses.
