Trans fluid

- Fri Apr 27, 2007 9:09 pm #6794 What type of fluid should I use in my 94 Honda Civic 1.6 v tech with a manual trans? Some people say gear oil is better. Are they right, and what weight?

hell yeah... for brakes pad, brake rotors, brake fluid, tranny fluid, oil filter, and power steering fluid i only trust honda

Some people run GM Synchromesh too. My first choice would be the Honda stuff though.

However, I went with Red Line MTL and it does shift smoother. 8)
