I have been using Castrols Full Syntech 10W40 for about 6 years now
changed the oil every 2 years. The color of the oil comes out clear after
2 years of use. 93 Civic Si Hatch D16Z6 5 Speed.

I have always used a bottle of B&M hot shift and a bottle of GM syncromesh... never had any problems
