- Wed Oct 22, 2014 6:54 pm #349336 hay everybody, im looking to r@r my transmission, I have 97 y7 motor and a s20 a000 5spd transmission in a 95 sedan, well I have a option to buy a 95 transmission, my question is will there be any fitment issues with the cv axle ends, see, I just bought my axles and would hate to have to buy more, push comes to shove I can get some from local jy, thanks in advance. I thought 92-2000 axles have same spline count, I was told diff. what do you guys say?
