gear box wineing

- Mon Dec 31, 2012 8:30 am #323042 i have a d15 non vtec set up in my sedan but my box has started to wine im not having any troble changing gear no cruntches nothing just wines at about 2500 rpm wots the service intervalls on gearbox oil as i havent done and there nothing say ing its ever had one and the service history is up to date cheers guys ash

- Mon Dec 31, 2012 3:12 pm #323050 mine does the same thing in first gear. it wines very quietly if im like creeeeeping along in first but from about 2000-2500 it has a noticable wine.

my last tranny did the same thing
