Trans ???

Trans ???

- Tue Nov 06, 2012 4:39 pm #319303 I searched and I searched online but I cant seem to find JUST a new trowout bearing. All I ever get is a complete trans kit, Clutch, pressure plate and so on. Is there anywhere that sells individual pieces? Or do I need to try to get lucky at the junk yard? Cuz everytime I go there the civics are STRIPPED!

- Tue Nov 06, 2012 5:19 pm #319308 You may have to get one from the dealership if none of your local parts stores carry them. Never go to the junk yard to buy a throwout bearing - only use a brand new one.

- Tue Nov 06, 2012 9:35 pm #319318 Yup...noticed the move, my bad. Ok i'll have to check that. Cuz I am pretty sure the rest of the clutch is kosher but I am getting a lot of noise when the clutch is not engaged. Gonna look at that first before I tear anything else down
