clearly you understand that k20/k24 tranny will not bolt up to the BSeries because of the difference in the rotation of the two - so then why would you bring up the gear ratios? All you are doing is confusing others by making a comparison of the gearing between two different, non-interchangeable "things".
Simple answers go further then long and complicated once. :)

all he said was that the 6 speed trannys have short gears too and the LS is the way to go..

settle down ricer :P

lol and what does a kseries 6 speed have to do with this thread?
OP wanted to know if there was a 6spd offered for Bseries and he got an answer: "no"
why cant EJ1_MK can't just say "LS has shorter gears than b16 trannies" instead of throwing a kseries into the conversation, thats all! lolercopter!

damn it, my rice is burning. brb

#279348 How dumb are you man, he asked if he could retrofit a 6 speed trans to his b-series. There for he would be using a K-series trans.

And if a Ls has shorter gears than a b16 than you obviously don't read what you type.

If you have every driven a 6 speed honda you would know that they drive and have the same damn gear ratios as a B16 or ITR trans do.

#279429 OP Short answer,
No OEM answer to make a 6speed manual. I have never seen an aftermarket solution either. However its easy to say that if such an aftermarket path was available. It would be cheaper to swap in a K Series.
