car dips down when clutch pushed in

after my cars been driven for about 5 minutes during the day the clutch starts to act weird and whenever i shift to 2nd my whole car dips down, then jolts from acceleration. any ideas?

Loose rear motor mount? It's hard to understand from the description "dips down". Can you go into more detail?

When I hear "dips down" I envision the car squating in the front, like its trying to bow to a king or queen...
