#223550 Well I am curious as I just though about this recently. Currently have the d15b7 in the civic and I am doing a b series swap. Will the D series bolts fit into the bell housing to mate with the motor or will I need to get new bolts as well ?

#223571 they are the same. they are about a .71 cents on majestic honda

D series part number
95701-08040-08 022 013 BOLT, FLANGE (8X40) 1.00 0.71
B series Part number
95701-08040-08 025 016 BOLT, FLANGE (8X40) 1.00 0.71

so yea id say they are the same.

#225678 No those are the small ones 11 of them that attach the tranny housing to the bell housing. i believe he means the large bolts that bolt it to the block!!! :? those cost more and diff part numbers...

and to help you out. the right size that fit's is the same size as the bolts that go through the motor mounts.. check those.. they are definately 14mm thread thickness u would have to know how long you need them.

so u would look for this on the hondaparts site.

1234-5678-90 (14x ???) BOlt,Flange,

the ?? is the length you would have to find out and it's all in MM

with my experience when i swapped out my clutch the tranny bolts to me appeared to be about 3.5-4" long so that about 89-102 MM long.
