#184885 First off, I want to clarify 2 things: I am NOT sure if it goes in here, so hopefully the moderators will help me with this
and Two: this is not a problem with a civic, this is a 1989 prelude
The prelude is the Si model, from 1989. (as mentioned above)
It drove around fine, everything was going great, then OUT OF nowhere, the clutch did not disengage. It was impossible to shift into gear while the car was running. (while the car is off, you can shift in and out of gear)
So, what i am wondering, what could the problem be? could it be just the clutch needs replacing? or could it be something more/less complicated?

More Details: The clutch pedal feels heavy (normal weight), the car runs in neutral, can attempt to start in gear. When the pedal is pressed, under the hood, the cable for the clutch moves.

Any ideas?
