- Fri Feb 26, 2010 8:15 pm #178023 ok so i have a eg... i cant find me a b series hydro trans that someone doesnt want an arm and a leg. so i was thinking that i could take a cable trans and take the cable attachment off and then put the slave from a hydro set up on there?? what thinks you guys?

- Sat Feb 27, 2010 7:50 am #178142 hydro and cable internals are different, espcally in shifting setups. if you just want the gears they might work. but all shifting compoents are totally different.
