- Tue Jan 27, 2009 6:04 pm #92704 my valves are ticking even though i have adj them four times. i have new valves,spirngs,retainers, port and polished head, and comp cam. is there something i need to do or is that what they are supose to do?

Check your timing first.

- Wed Jan 28, 2009 4:26 pm #92825 If everything is brand new you will need frequent adjusting until everything settles in. and secondly be sure to follow procedure carefully it does not take to much of a misdirection to throw everything way out. not saying anything against your workmanship, we all get caught somewheres
