not the usual HD question

i have a steel cometic HD which is a 76mm bore.
my bores are 75mm.
is it possible to use this HD on mine?
cometic only do 75.5m upwards and this one is a whole 1mm oversized.
i have quite a high comp engine so will this do the job even if its 1mm oversized?
in theory it should seal the cylinders as a normal sized gasket would.
i was hoping as its a steel one it would seal and take the abuse of a n/a easily.
this is for a d16a9 or dohc zc
