Spark plug problem. Help

Its happened twice in the past week. Only Cylinder one plugs has turned out out bent. Bent like there is no longer a gap. My car started running rough. Really rough. I'm not sure why it's bending. My guess is impact but I've had the car for five months before it happened.

I didn't build the motor so I'm not positive of the specs.
Said to have 12.5:1 comp srp pistons. In a PMR build.

Anyone have any input on why this could be happening.

Have you pulled all the plugs to see if they are the same? If only one is hitting it may not be the correct reach for the car but the others may be.

The second time it happened was on a brand new set of all matching plugs for that head. And now after good plugs are in it has a random misfire with a small load on the throttle.

this is why you dont buy someone elses project. you never know what you're getting. that is unless you tear it apart and recheck their work.

got access to a camera-on-a-stick? something you can shove down the spark plug hole and look at the tops of the pistons? Maybe do a compression test? Pull the head, and clay everything?
