Hello guys planing on changing my cams
my question is can i run (lift 11.9mm / duration 264). Exhaust (lift 11mm / duration 259)
on a oem itr valvetrain
this cams have less duration but slightly bigger lift

you should be fine i don't see why it wouldn't work. i see people run stage 1 cams on stock gsr valvetrains no prob. and type r valve train is supposed to be a bit better.

but i would get a dyno tune after to get the maximum benifit from them, hope it helps :thumb:

Ill be checking in to see what numbers you make, I have a stock JDM ITR swap and want to change cams too
