sorry bud but heres a way to hear your vtec on any sohc !! its hearable just have to have things stock or really modded not just exhaust and intake as it take the sound away !! HERE

The B doesn't have that or not nearly as much.

I can't really see it clearly, but if you guys think the head sits higher... B18 GSR/Type R is a bit higher than a B16
