Hello I want to know what product that has been used by users that is able to clean an engine bay.
I read about warming the engine to optimal temp and adding product X so it can somehow degrease the engine. I also read about pressure washing the engine bay with the electrical wires covered but that is not ideal.
What a proven product that has worked for you users. Thanks.

I find that a warm engine evaporates the degreaser too fast. With a cold engine, you can spray it, let it sit for a few mins, then rinse it off. If you're engine bay is extra grimy, I'd use Gunk. I had good luck with that before. Really nasty areas I have had to blast with a can of brake cleaner but that stuff is pretty harsh.

Simple green works well, scrub brushes, steam cleaners work well also. Chemicals can damage seals, hoses, wires, and paint. So be very careful what you use.
