Aftermarket side mirrors...

has anyone had issues ordering side mirrors? I ordered some manual zero style mirrors, nothing fancy, no turn signals or anything just mirrors.

they came with the mirrors and a bracket. well the stock mirrors have like studs attached to the bracket that go through the holes in the door and a nut secures them. on these aftermarkets there is a long plastic post instead of studs where it looks like a screw shoul go from inside the door to secure the bracket.

ive been back and forth with the company i bought them from and they say all their mirrors for my 94 hatch are the same way. is there something i am missing here??

here are links to the pics...the first is the stock mirror

If its threaded I would get some studs (like exhaust but smaller) and nuts and install them that way

If you cannot figure it out, sell them and buy the PWJDM Spoon reps.

Looks like it should have come with hardware. You should just be able to a hardware store (take the mirror) and try different screws and see what fits.

looks like they are missing the hardware. they should come with some threaded bolts with a course thread on one end to thread into the mirror and a fine thread for nuts on the other end.

I had that happen with some spoon style ebay ones. All you need are self tapping screws, the holes on mine where not tapped so it worked really well.
