2 wires go to the motor, reversing polarity. They normally rest at ground. The switch sends power down one to move in one direction and vice versa.
The wires go to a switch on the dash that you'll need to get because it's a peculiar switch (DPDT switch internally wired for polarity-reversal). That switch has another two wires going to the moon roof relay. One is a shared ground and the other is ignition power.
I wouldn't use the relay. I'd run the power wire to a fused (10a) ignition source ie the under dash ignition option output. The other to a ring terminal to chassis ground. Use 14 gauge stranded wire.

Ya... i pulled the head liner down and seen the 2 wires were plugged into the motor and run down the side pillar thing and then once it gets to the dash i have no clue where it runs... its not in any of the bundles from wat im seeing. I have the switch already in my dash now... just gotta plug it in im pretty sure
