If it is your Thermostat get a OEM one. If you can they last longer than one from the Autopart's store. I just changed mine in my car and my old Autozone one was keeping mine car from getting to regular operating temps. It was starting to disintegrate. Check my thread out i posted pics.
Here is this thread as well.

"Heater doesn't work" could mean several things.
Does your heater not blow hot?
Check heater value at firewall.
-or-
Does your fan not blow at all?
Check fuses.
Check your heater fan resistor block on top of the heater plenum. (Under glove box)

Blowing air has nothing to do with the thermostat. It's the resistor coils as Datsmart suggested. Take off the glove box. On top of the blower box is a plug. Remove the plug and take out the two screws and lift the resistor coils up and out. You can get them out of any Civic or Integra, even the older ones.
Clean out the blower box and the box next to it especially if you have AC. Use a vacuum and some compressed air.

Maybe choose a more accurate title next time. "Heater wont blow air" is very different than "heater blows air, but doesn't warm up".
