so a guys selling his EG9 its the anniversary model the on with TCS and stuff.
im thinking bout selling mines and buying that.
since mines dont have the most of the EG9 stuff "twin bucket rear seats, wiper in the back, and a bunch of other small items" which the previous owner had taking out for watever reason

im thinking bout buying the car but the owner said that the hondata "wich i bought bout a month ago" wont work with the TCS and will have to do sum rewiring to make it work, is this tru?

Thats a really good question. Im not sure as the answer as TCS is something thats pretty rare and never made it to US Shores. I would check on pgmfi.org's forums and see if they can help you on this issue.
