engine bay question. how to replace front clip

i posted this topic in another section but didnt get to many replies so ima try again lol. i bought my first eg and it runs great but theres some bondo thing in the engine bay that has me worried.. I will replace the radiator support as well but i been told to replce the front clip? how to you replace the front clip?

I am not a body work guy but that doesn't look so good to me. Looks like the frame is split right there or something?? Maybe I am looking at it wrong though.

well, by the looks of it your civic was ina pretty bad accident. have you carfaxed the vin? i would do that..

Yeah definitely; but I was answering his question, "how do you replace the core support". The answer is that you have to drill out all the spot welds and then weld the new support on. But the hood and mostly the turn signals will never be straight with the headlights, so it's better just to find a clean shell.
