ok heres the problem. everytime i went to get gas or floored the car completly and then turned it off. the car would turn on and then comeplty die. and wouldnt start for at least 15 min. and my fuel pressue said like 5. an after about 10 min it worked fine.
now today i go to turn my car on in the morning and it starts and dies right away. i check the fuel pressre and its 0. so i changed the fuel pump and still it says 0 and i dont even here my fuel pump turning on.

I'm sticking with the main relay. My car did the same stuff yours is doing untill I bought a brand new one from Honda. Honda redisigned the new relay so that it wont have the issues the old one did. If you pop a junkyard one in, chances are you'll be playing this game again at some point.

I dont remember off hand, its been a few years since I bought it. I have a friend that works at Honda, I'll try to get ya a price with an employee discount.
