did you try both sensors and reset the ecu in between and still got the CEL both times?
I had this problem on my car, putting a z6 into my 92 dx. I wanted to use the firewall mounted MAP, but got the CEL. I had to end up using the throttle body mounted MAP from the Z6.
Also be sure that you don't have the TPS and MAP swapped, they fit & plug into each other.

yes ive tried both right now i have them both plugged in. the one on the fuel filter has the wiring coming from the passenger side wiring loom. and the other one has the plug coming from the engine wire harness if i unplug the firewall one i throw codes 3,5 but when both pluged in just 5

I've never seen the situation you're in, having 2 plugs...
I'm pretty sure 92-93 came with the Firewall mounted Map and 94-95 were throttle body mounted Map.
It sounds like you have some of both going on right now. I'd get the MAP, Throttle Body, Wiring Harness .... even ECU to be sure, all from the same years (92-3 or 94-5)
First, I'd see which one has the wires to your ECU. I don't know how it could be both of them... has your harness ever been modified or wire tucked?

ok should i switch the passenger harness over because the engine/tranny/harness/ecu are from my94 ej1 everything else i left the same in my 92 eg8
everything works great just got the cel would it be bad to drive it in this condition
or should i switch something else over from the b7 i pulled from the 92 eg8

It's hard to say, I've never seen this happen before.
You'll have to experiment and try different things to see what works. Start with the easiest things first.

You don't need to match the ECU to the MAP sensor. All MAP sensors are interchangeable. You don't need to swap the harness.
Your firewall MAP has a vacuum line which is just hanging loose now that you swapped your motor. To use it you'd have to swap your old throttle body back on and hook up the vacuum line.
You have them both plugged in at the same time? You have your plugs mixed up. One of them is for your TPS or something else. Look at the wire colors and compare them to the wiring diagram.

my firewall maps hose is hooked to my throttle body when i unhook the hose i throw code 3,5 so i hooked that hose up and i didnt mix any plugs up as i never had them unpluged during the swap the one on the firewall stayed pluged in and the one on the throttlebody stay pluged in with the engine harness ill be adding some pics
the one on top wires come from passenger side harness and other one comes from engine harness
this has never happened to me before and if i have to drive it will it damage anything, and should i drive it with a code 3 or code 5 sorry bout all the Qs just never seen this before

i read DIY MAP sensor install!!! (for those who don't have one)
and relized that with the map sensor on the firewall with its own little harness that the wires were not in the main plug connecting to the engine so i cut the map sensor wires going to the firewall map and wired them into the harness plug and remove map from firewall everything works and runs great. no cel
