Ok, I was doing a routine check up and I found a problem. So if your standing in front of your motor, its the one all the way to the left. I pulled the spark plug cover off and on the shaft there was oil on it? Is that bad? There is also a round silver cylinder that's around it so I was not able to get it out at the moment. Help me out guys. thanks

that is bad, the seal around the spark plug is bad or non existen. valve cover will have to be removed to replace gasket. do all of them at the same time. clean sealing surfaces very well.

sliver ring sounds like the spark plugs wires broke.. theres a clip in the wires that holds onto the spark plug.. happens when the wires are cheap or worn. just take out the spark plug or get needle nose pilers and try to take it off. if your gonna take out the plug try to sprey air in the hole to get the oil out. get new spark plugs + wires and gasket.. pretty easy job and im sure there gots to be diys online..
