well i have a spare z6 intake mani laying around and i have a y8 on mine as of right now. but i was wondering is there anyway to find a vacuum lake in the intake manifold its self besides slapping it on the z6 and running it? like i know for tires the put them in watter but what about intake manis? and sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I would just look it over and make sure there are no cracks. If an IM is having a vacuum leak, the problem is usually from a hose missing or left unconnected, or it could be the TB or IM gasket that is bad
