I have a 92 eg6 with a d15b7 motor. Pretty much stock just has a AEM Short Ram Intake and Custom Exhaust piping. I currently have at this moment The Sneaky Pete Sytem by NOS, B&M Fuel pressure Regulator with the Fuel Gauge, and a Walbro 255 fuel pump. Keep in mind none of this is installed Yet! Now comes the questions????

Which injector should i buy that works well for upgrades and where can i buy them?

Which Brand and in which heat range should i buy for spark plugs? It is said to go with colder plugs when running nitrous. If part number is available please share with me.

And where should the stock level fuel pressure be at when measuring? how much of an increase shall i go with?

i have searched plenty and for some reason i have a problem finding this info. Thank you in advance!

Well i finally found some info stock injector can hold up to 200 whp, but if you did want to upgrade for a lil more performance go with 370 cc by RC they will hold any where from 220 to 280 whp.

Spark plugs would have to be the NGK bkr7e-n-11 for applications under 400whp and gap ranges anywhere from .018 to .030 depending on forced induction applications.

if you're on a budget, you could always get 450cc DSM's and run a resistor box. That setup should only run you $60-70 with the box, I looked into RC's and I know they're not cheap!
