Posted: Wed May 07, 2008 1:22 pmhey new to the forums. i was wondering if the d15b7 ecu and the d15b8 ecu were the same. or if it wouldnt have to changed when swapped from motor to motor

Posted: Fri May 09, 2008 1:08 amFuel and ignition tables are probably very different. Download Crome, find some stock calibrations, and compare the maps. That's what I did when I was comparing the P07 to the P28.
All the plug harnesses are the same within an OBD generation. They'll plug in, and they'll run, but depending on different models there are a few different pins here and there ie EGR, LAF, shift light, VTEC etc. None of that applies to you I believe.
