to those who already upgraded they're muffler from stock to free flowing aftermarket mufflers did you remove the resonator and put up just a straight pipe all the way?

I left mine in, it makes the sound much less raspy. I went as far as to add a resonator on an aftermarket catback that didn't have one because they sound so much better

A 2.25-2.5" midpipe with a muffler in it is about as loud as a stock 1.75-2" midpipe without one.
Keep that in mind, and you won't be disappointed.
The only effective way to muffle the sound is by adding a turbo... takes off about a quarter of the noise ;)

They are a good company.
