Check engine light codes 7 & 14

Put all back in and now it's having running issues
Bogs at 1500 RPM idles really low like 200 think I might have fixed that part
CEL comes and and codes were 10,3,7,14 but not only 7,14
Change tbi with different sensors
Got new dizzy (off topic) and got new iac installed and still code for iac
Is still there!
Plus code 7. Checked to make sure plugs weren't switched for tps and map
Sensors!
How and why are these codes coming up bad ecu? Could it be a gasket if some sort? Plugs look good to me not smashed or anything. Any help please would be great
