- Wed May 01, 2013 7:45 pm #331231 ok so i need a vaccum diagram for my b18b swap something is not right. anywhere from 1-3k rpms if i hold my cars throttle steady at these speeds it sounds like it has a two step and i know its not tuned for one. plus also this car will not hit redline and ive been working on this thing for over 3 months now and still havent found why it runs so crudy cause everything from the shift linkage to the axles to the motor and tranny are new
