Has anyone had problems with their fuel pumps? I bought mine not too long ago and it seems to be acting up. It won't always prime when I turn the key, therefore it won't always start. Its doing it more and more lately and I can't figure out what's wrong. Any suggestions?

you check your main relay up under driver side dash? you should hear it click when you turn the key, which then primes the pump.

Ok would the main relay be an intermitant problem or would it go bad and not work again?

The main relay is clicking, but the fuel pump won't always prime. You think the fuel pump is sensitive to temperature? Its gotten colder here today more than usual.

Pull out the main relay and look at the solder joints on the board. They can crack over time and expand/contract when hot/cold. It is very intermittent. You can re-solder them or buy a new one. :thumb:

When a fuel pump dies, it is toast. Unless the connections to the fuel pump are not secure.
