i want to do the same to my valve cover cuz i might be going boost..

has any one did this before ?, do i just drill and tap nipples onto the cover or is there a correct way to do it?

info on how to do this will be appreciated very much "cuz Google was no help"

#287752 thanks for the info guys, but i think i'll go with the tig welding method,
do i really have to remove the baffle? cant i just drill the holes and weld the fittings on? cuz it seems like alot of work to tap back new threads to reinstall back the baffle and if things go wrong there i'll have to get a new valve cover..

#287753 The only reason you'd remove the baffle is so you can screw the lock nuts onto the back of the fitting. Since you're welding the fitting on, you dont screw anything to the back of it. Thus, you wont need to remove the baffle.

Make sure if you're ordering the stuff and just gonna have someone do it, that you get aluminum fittings. You'll need whats referred to as bung fittings, since they're not threaded on the backside (for the lock nut).
