Intake question

Posted: Sat Sep 03, 2011 2:36 amit would help it deflect some of the heat. You wont see any noticable gains from it though. Those intakes are so thin in material that I doubt that they soak up enough heat to really cause any detrimental effects. The speed of the air moving through the pipe is too fast to actually soak the heat up.
