removing A/C

removing A/C

- Thu Jun 30, 2011 3:00 am #261634 so i basically have the A/C removed out of my car because im starting the intercooler piping, but im a little sketched out on removing this part because it has a running belt on it and im not sure if its running anything other then the A/C... also the black plastic box under the passenger dash, can that be removed now that im not running A/C? or does it have to do with the normal air and heater? :?

- Thu Jun 30, 2011 3:36 am #261647 btw, that black box houses your blower motor and heater core. not just the evap for the a/c. so if you want your heater to work then you have to leave it. you can take the evap out of it though.
