Will this water pumpnfrom ebay work...

Im on the process of doing a major tune up on my friend car since his getting some extra cash. So i was looking at ebay and i saw that they only have water pump for d15b non vtec. Is it the same as a d15b7? And im doing a a6 aftermarket camshaft swap from webs cams. And a y7 cam gear. Do i need a y7 timing belt or i can use the b7 timing belt and use the d15b non vtec watr pump?...please skool me on this, hehe thanks guys.

Just buy an adjustable gear.

you will want to get the water pump that is correct for your block. Since D15B and D15b7 are very different motors, I highly doubt it would fit.

Oh ok thanks teal.. How about the y7 cam gear can i use my b7 timing belt?
