Motor problem help

My motor is a b16 head an gsr block but wen u floor it, it does take off it's takes it's tym feels like automatic car an won't redline also vtec dosent engage wat can it be the wireing fuel injector/clips

Or do I have to chip my ecu bcuz of my set up

we need more info than "b16 head an gsr block".
and yes, a setup like that definitely needs to be chipped/tuned

Well it's a 00 si b16a2 head stock internals
and 95 gsr block stock internals type r tb and manifold everything is stock in the motor running virgin p72 ecu
