You know Id hate to jack this thread
Id prefer to do so then to make another idle thread
There really should be just one thread on all diagnosis for idle's
My idle continually pulses from high to low rev
Even on a rolling idle it will pulse and jump the car forward then stop ect.
I drained all my coolant, replaced with honda coolant
checked all my lines so its not a vacume leak
I just dont know

have you cleaned the iacv or tried a new tps sensor make sure you bleed the coolant as well considering coolant is mainly what runs your iacv let me know if any of that helps

Ok so since my recent post this is what I have done
I went to pull-a-part and got a full D16z6 intake manifold
Fuel rail, pressor regulator, TB, FITV, TPS and injectors all for $25
I removed my IACV and cleaned it, Didnt fix pulsing idle
Some resurch and found out it could be the Fast Idle Thermo Valve which is under the TB
I removed the FITV on my D15b and the screw inside was not threaded in, completly loose which should explain my idle.
ALSO when I removed the hose that connects to the FITV itself, Coolant leaked out..
Is coolant supposed to be in the Fast Idle Thermo Valve?
If coolant is not supposed to be in the Fast Idle Thermo Valve does that meen I have a blown head gasket?

Inside the throttle body two holes are present place your finger over the one on the right and if the idle surge goes away fast idle is the issue (which is ran off of coolant so the coolant in it is normal) you can try cleaning it but I suggest replacing it they are ran off of wax that heats up and causes it to close to make the idle normal it will wear out! Hope it helps lemme know

lsvbeghatch thank you so much
I covered the right hole and the surging idle stopped
So I took the FITV off of the junkyard d16z6 motor and put it on the TB
It was a PITA because I didnt remove the TB and did it at night
the FITV is under the TB had to climb on in to my bay to get it
But my idle is fixed thank you your awesome
