hey today i started my car and the rpms was around 1700rpm and this was 30 seconds from starting it. i live in Washington so the air out side is cooler than most areas. anyways when i was watching my tac i noticed that it started bouncing from 1700 to 300 rpm. and i smelt some fuel. with that i pushed my accelerator pedal down so the to see if it bounced after i did that, and it just ended up stalling and dieing on me. if anyone has had this problem let me know what i can do. to fix it. and where and what the problem is. thanks

My guess is a vacuum leak. Probably either around the throttle body or the intake manifold. Take some brake cleaner or any highly flammable spray chemical, and spray it around the TB gasket, IM gasket, IACV, FITV, and the vacuum hoses surrounding the IM.
