Howdy, I have a d15b non-vtec and i need your help, my eg, cam, crank timing is wrong, off by a few dergee on the crank before TDC (belt jump a couple teeth) and i was wondering if this can cause the Check engine light to blink 4 short light making it crank position sensor problem?

I was wondering because when i drive the car, most of the time it just shut off when i come to a stop so can the cam timing cause that and throw a code 4

absolutely, your ecu is telling you not to drive your car because the timing is so off. Listen to it and fix it before driving
