what to use to fill buttom rubber engine mounts

so yer what could i use to fill them as thay are prity mashed up after engine swap ? . some 1 said to use urethane adhesive ? just wounding what elss will be strong to use ?

hmm but what sort as i keep finding all sorts :? ..... might sound dum but would gum gum work good ?

Just buy new mounts... Inovative mounts r preety cheap and they come in different Finnishs

I prefer to put motor mount inserts into the two front lower mounts and then buy a new rear mount on ebay and leave the inserts out. Vibration is just a bit worse than stock but not nearly as bad as when you put the inserts in the rear mount.

You feel the improvement the most when shifting.

Use 3m window weld. You can get it at autozone. I used it on all my mounts when I did my swap and it works great. It took 1 1/2 tubes for all of my mounts so one tube should work for you.
