#210534 I prefer to put motor mount inserts into the two front lower mounts and then buy a new rear mount on ebay and leave the inserts out. Vibration is just a bit worse than stock but not nearly as bad as when you put the inserts in the rear mount.

You feel the improvement the most when shifting.

#211847 Use 3m window weld. You can get it at autozone. I used it on all my mounts when I did my swap and it works great. It took 1 1/2 tubes for all of my mounts so one tube should work for you.
