im getting the compleate valve train from a CTR but its the same price as buying an aftermarket set.( valves, spring, retainers, cams )
is the CTR good or should i jus get the aftermarkets?

Depends on what aftermarket Cams/valve retainers you get, as long as you get a good name brand one I would recommend that over CTR/ITR Cams. You will get more power out of Aftermarket cams then CTR/ITR Cams.

Only reason to get them is if you get them for cheap. As you would be paying the same for aftermarket cams, go and get a nice set of aftermarket cams rather then pay someone else to get some.

if you plan on doing bigger cams later on down the road id just do after market valve springs and retainers.
