Civic EG

i have a question mabe yall will know cause ive looked everywhere for a answer? are all obd1 distributors the same? i just got a b18c engine but i need a distributor i just happen to have one in my garage but its from a h22a. i know they are two different series engines but i didnt know if mabe it didnt matter cause they were both obd1 both vtec and both dohc. anyone?

I know that the D16z6 dizzy won't fit the D15b7 & D15b8 heads (and vise versa) even though the parts inside are identical.

Not sure about H series though since they do not originate from civics.
Will it even bolt up to your B18?
