as everyone know during doing idle adjustment setting on IACV
1) start engine n let to idle untill normal temparature
2) disconnect the 2pin connector from IACV
3) connect the tachometer
4) adjust the TB screw untill 450rpm
5) n so on......

ok my question is,during this setting,A/C is in ON or OFF condition ??

Off as per the spec. Also headlights, radio, blower, rad fan etc. Everything off.
