Civic EG

hey i have a 1992 civic eg hatch and i was wonderin if it would be my distributor that would after driving for a while after every start about 10 mins later my car will idle at 0 and it willl start to back fire and sometimes it has a tough time starting and my eg has seeemed to loose some power too?

its a possability you could be outta time

if you can check ur timing
the stock egs should be at 16+/- 2*(degrees)
