Hi guys, is there any DIY on how to remove header? and if i need to replace the gaskets on the header and the block.
just got the header from a friend but just the down pipe.

you should always replace the gaskets on a stock header you should have 3 gaskets one at the block another at mid-point and finally the donut gasket where it connects to the cat you said you only have the buttom half you you only need 2 gaskets and maybe a bolt kit depending on how rusty everything is . but replacing the head er wether it be the whole thing or just a part of it is striaght forward undo the bolts replace if neccesary and replace gaskets then bolt it back together and check for leaks not hard shouldnt take more than 1 hour and thats if your bolts are rusty good luck
