impossible.......

ive broken 3 ratchets. i have a huge breaker bar. we tried 3 different impact guns all the way up to 600ft/lbs. i snapped part of the pulley off tryingto shove something betwwen it nd the block. i did the screwdriver in tranny thing but it wont hold.

plus i have the jdm d15b and the pulley it has is open in the center so i cant use that hex key tool thing.

sssoooooooooooo wht do i do? :?

is the engine in or out of the car? if out, is there a tranny on it?

I'm hoping you already used PB blaster on it?

AGree with the PB blaster. Don't think WD-40 will help you because PB is the $hit!

there is this universal crank pulley tool
they look like this

or this

anyways the easiest way is to use one of those.
i had to make one myself

Now keeping the pulley still is half the battle the other is breaking it loose.
you will break tools and bend metal.
Soooo a 10 ft breaker bar will help

and then all is good till a lead pipe bends

but use heat on it! comes off like nothing! :thumb:
and a crazy setup like this one and youll have it off in minutes :woot:
