Best deal on a rebuild kit?

My d16z6 is very tired, and I'm pretty sure it's blown a head gasket between 2 cylinders, it's been running very rough and gutless for about the last month. I finally have a second (or rather, 4th, but 2 aren't road legal) vehicle to drive while this one's off the road. I want to do a rebuild on it, all the gaskets, rings, rod bearings, and probably mains too, along with all the belts and coolant lines. I'll probably also take the head to a machine shop and have it checked for any problems. Anyone know where to get the best deal on a decent rebuild kit? And is there anything else I should replace while I've got the motor apart? Odometer currently reads 241k miles, so it's getting up there.

I just got shopping around...oww! I only spent about $100 on all the parts to do pretty much the same work on my 84 Celica, why are the Honda gaskets so much more expensive? I'm currently looking at about $250-$300 just in parts...
